WP Coupons and Deals plugin just got updated to version 2.0. It’s 100% compatible with WordPress 4.8 and it comes with some new features and bug fixes.

New Features
One of the new feature is the Live Preview Box. When you are creating a new coupon or a editing a new coupon – you can see the live preview of the coupon. How the coupon will look on posts and pages, you can see it here.
Here’s how it looks
A Coupon publish notice was added. The notice contains the shortcodes for the coupon and it is ONLY shown when any coupon is published. So you can just copy the shortcode from there and paste it where you want.

Another great addition is the new shortcode box. Since notice will be shown only when you publish a new coupon, the shortcode box will show the shortcode when you edit your coupons later. Just making it easy for you to get the shortcode 🙂

Coupons Menu was added to the admin toolbar. This way you can access your coupons or add a new coupon or change coupon settings from anywhere.

Welcome Page was added. When plugin is activated you’ll be taken to a welcome page where there are basic information about the plugin and a video tutorial on how to get started with the plugin.

Bug Fixes
We had just one little bug fix. Some of our awesome users reported that there was a conflict with Visual Composer plugin. The backend editor was not working when WP Coupons and Deals was installed. We tested and we faced that issue too. Adding any new element was not working.
We’re glad to let you know that we fixed it. Now you can use both the plugin at the same time without any problems.
